Yes, a lot of English place names can be tricky – they don’t sound the way they look – but once you know how to say them, they’re easy! And there are a few tricks to help you pronounce some of the more common elements.
For each set of place names here, try saying them aloud. Each list starts fairly easy and gets harder.
